Pressure Controller

The Torrium 2 may be an integral part that is needed when it is installed on Davey’s HM centrifugal pump. It is an electrotechnology designed to act as a smart controller to control uniform water flow and provide stable pressure in houses and commercial buildings. The only way is to start the pump on a pressure drop and turn it off when the flow rate is low, around 1 litre per minute (LPM).

The Torrium2 has the advantage that the effort for starting and stopping the horizontal multistage electropump afterwards is reduced. This soft start-stop, only completed by its natural mechanism very gradually raising and lowering the pace, avoids water hammer, which could otherwise lead to imminent damage.

Inlet Sizing

This stage converts the kinetic energy into pressure energy as the water fills the volute chamber, slowing the water down and increasing its pressure. Self-Priming Affirmation: The Horizon Multistage water pump will eventually eliminate any air gap for self-priming as the moisture and hydration inside the volute body increases. Impellers & Diffuser

Impellers and diffusers are divided into compartments and are systematically installed in the form of staging bodies from one to another in the volute chambers. These staging bodies are also called as protection bracket and they do the important function of pivoting these mechanisms into place, making sure that they do not fall loose inside the Horizontal Multistage water pump as the operation and revolutions begin.
